Returns and Refunds

We want you to be in love with your jewelry and we understand sometimes things happen...

We accept exchanges for jewelry, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and ship the item back to us within 7 days of delivery. Shipping fees for the returned item(s) and re-sending the exchanged item(s) (customs and import taxes may apply) are on buyer (price adjustment might be necessary depending on situation). All jewelry must be unworn and returned in the original condition it was sent.

All customised or personalized pieces and items on sale (including discounted items) cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged. If you have any hesitation concerning a particular design, gemstone, etc, please get in touch BEFORE purchasing. Thank you for your understanding.

We can help you with re-sizing, our service for you does not stop after shipping your rings. If you need to have your ring re-sized, message us!

If I change my mind after my purchase, what can I do?

We endeavour to provide the best service, by proceeding our orders in the most efficient time manner and producing quality products. At the same time, we understand that there might be a change of mind, or unexpected circumstances might arise after making purchase.

Taking all these into consideration, we strike a balance among all the factors, and offer a 1-hour grace period after purchase.

If my parcel is lost/ damaged, what can I do?

Please contact us immediately in case your parcel is lost within the average shipping time frame - for international parcels which is around 4 weeks. (Insurance claims can only be filed within 120 days from the day of shipment.)

Please note that a parcel is NOT considered as lost if it has been shipped for less than 6 weeks / 45 days. Refund or replacement of lost item(s) requires such a period of waiting time.

If I have not received my parcel, but it is marked as "delivered", what can I do?

We cannot be held accountable for parcels where tracking information states they have been delivered to your order address.

If your package is listed as delivered but missing, please follow these steps:

• Check the address you entered upon checkout - it is the buyer's responsibility to check the correct shipping address for every order;

• Check your side door and your yard, ask your neighbours or family members;

• Contact us regarding the missing package and confirm the shipping carrier;

• Call your shipping carrier to see if they still hold the package. If not, they are able to provide the exact GPS coordinates and time of the delivery;

• File the missing package claim with the the shipping carrier;

• File the missing package with the local police station.


Please note that we are not responsible for missing packages if they are marked as "delivered". They cannot be refunded or replaced unless the buyer provides both the police report and the shipping carrier report of the missing package.
